Many thanks to Kate Fairbairn, our asthma nurse, who has done a great job in helping me by not letting my ongoing asthma symptoms go and making a referral to a specialist. I am now on new treatment and things are much improved. Thank you for your persistence, Kate as well as your obvious care for the family.

I moved to London 3 years ago and have been simply astounded by the level of care and attention at Churchill Medical Centre. The reception staff are always polite and helpful, often willing to go out of their way to help. The medical staff, including doctors, nurses and health care professionals are caring and, again, very helpful - a genuine desire to make a patient's welfare their top priority. A lovely surgery - a complete package of care.

Very difficult to get through to the Kingston surgery first thing in the mornings easier to contact Tudor Drive. I know from several elderly people that I speak with who use the surgery that they find pushing buttons to contact the correct department difficult.

This medical practice is an example of excellence. Appointment systems are straightforward. Reception is helpful..You may not get to see the same doctor or nurse on different visits, however the standard of care and communication is outstanding. Even when they are rushed off their feet (which seems to be their normal working conditions these, more's the pity. But they do an amazing job under difficult circumstances. A big Thank You to all at the centre.

Everyone who works at Churchill medical centre have been friendly and supportive. The receptionists are compassionate and kind as are the Doctors and and all the nurses I have seen. They take time to listen instead of being made to feel like your are just a statistic. I have always got an appointment in an emergency and even had appointments over the telephone.
